Course

The race will begin at the Museum in the Park, participants will then turn left and run towards the front of the park where the money collection hut is and then they will turn and run up to the pool and back to the museum in the park. 

Entry Fees

In lieu of a registration fee, we are asking participants to bring non-perishable food items that will be donated to a local food pantry. Items include canned food, instant mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter, pasta, boxed stuffings, etc.

Kick off the holiday season with Logan Regional Medical Center and Christmas in the Park at our annual Reindeer Dash 5K at Chief Logan State Park! 

Join us on Saturday, November 21st, for a festive evening of running, walking, and Christmas fun! Registration begins at 4:30p.m. at the Museum in the Park, with face painting available inside the museum for kids. The race will begin promptly at 6:00p.m. 

In the spirit of giving, there is no registration fee. Instead we ask each participant to bring non-perishable food items to help support those in need in our community. 

Enjoy a special preview of the magical Christmas lights as you make your through the park! Run or walk through the snowflake tunnel, dodge the soldier's cannonball and soak up all the holiday cheer along the way! 

Break out your most festive Christmas attire! Ugly sweaters, Santa hats, reindeer antlers, and all things merry are bright are encouraged. We'll even have an award for the participant showing their best Christmas spirit! So bring your holiday cheer and dress to impress! 

Whether you're racing for a personal best or simply enjoying a festive evening with family and friends, the Reindeer Dash is the perfect way to get moving and get into the Christmas park! 

Lace up your running shoes, bring your non-perishable food items and join us for a holly jolly good time! 

Participants will receive a medal and t-shirt while supplies last.
