Adults: 300 yards in the pool (12 pool-lengths), 8 miles on spinning bike, 2 miles on treadmill Kids: 150 yards in the pool (6 pool-lengths), 4 miles on spinning bike, 1 mile (7 track laps)

Heatsheets will be posted themorning of the race. Youmust race in your assignedheat. Children will race inheats. Flotation devices(-kickboards, life vests, buoys)are allowed. Fins and paddlesare prohibited.There will be 5 minutes fortransition. Everyone mustchange clothes after theswim portion of the race. Noexceptions.Times will be based onthe cumulative time forthe three disciplines.Children must be 4 feetand 2 inches tall in orderto use the bike. They willbe marked after each lapon the track. All childrenmust know how to swim.ONE parent is allowed toaccompany their child forthe 8 to 10 year old division,but may not assist inany way. NO parents areallowed to accompanytheir child in the 11 to 15year old race.

Entry Fees

$20 per person in advance $40 day of race $50 2 or 3 person corporate teams **Cash or Check only **Make checks payable to: MU Campus Rec Club **Fee is non-refundable. Allow 3-4 days for delivery.

Adults: 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+ Kids: 1-10, 11-15
