The fastest growing timing company on the east coast. We provide complete, professional, race timing services, and Start/Finish line management for Road Races and Cross Country Meets of all sizes. Based in the Huntington, West Virginia area, we are available for races all over West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky.

We have the experience, equipment, and passion to make your event a sucess, not matter how many participants!

We are small enough to help with smaller races but large enough to handle races with thousands of particpants.

The goal of this company is to provide a partnership to various groups and non-profits while promoting fitness and running events. We have a couple of goals with this company:

1.) To make your life easier on race day

2.) To promote running and other fitness related activities

3.) To make your event something that people will talk about in a positive way

Again, we are not a "Vendor" who comes and JUST takes care of your finish line. We are your event partner from Day 1 through the race. We are available for you at all times and can assist you in all aspects of your race!

We will work with you, the race director and the race committe, to customize a timing solution to meet your needs. Just ask what we can do for you!

How about course measurement, a DJ, generators, or race signage, and brochures design? Oh, yea, the clipboards! We are a full service provider and if you need it (whether you know it yet or not) we can and will be there for you.

We offer two types of timing services for Road Races and Cross Country Meets:

Traditional pull-tag timing - Traditional timing is what was used before chip timing was invented. It consists of chutes, bib pull tags, and sophisticated timing equipment. As the participants cross the finish line, a time is inputted into the timing equipment. Participants line up in the chutes, staying in the order they finished, where the pull-tag is removed from their bib. After matching the inputted times with the order of the pull-tags, results are printed and posted. This is a very cost effective way to time a race and is an affordable alternative for small races who want professional results at reasonable rates! We reccomend this timing solution for races smaller than 250-300 finishers.

Chip Timing - This is the new-age way of timing races and we can handle ten's of thousands of finishers using this system. We can customize any type of results that you want with our chip timing system. This can include:

- Mile Splits

- Net Time and Gun Time

- Announcers table and Screen

- Live results and splits streamed to our website. This feature allows particpants can check their results just seconds after they have crossed a timing point or the finish line!

- Searchable Results (See Example)

We proudly have partnered with MyLaps timing system. The same timing system used in the Boston Marathon.

The chips are worn on the runners bibs. There is no collection of chips at the end of the race and no need to ask the runners to place a chip on their shoes.
