Don’t forget Leg Day!

Beautiful weather and vacation is upon us, are you ready? With the mind set to get your body beach ready, is there something you might be forgetting? Legs!! Most people forget to incorporate their legs into their workout, there’s focus on abs and gluts but where are workouts for legs? No worries, here’s some workout we recommend to get your legs tone for those summer shorts you been saving!

Remember these workouts are workouts that you can incorporate into your regular workout routines, so don’t forget warm up jog and cool down runs. Most importantly don’t forget stretches!

Leg Pyramid:

  • 10 side lunges ( each leg)
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 30 Lunges (15 each leg)
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 50-second Wall Sit
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 30 Lunges (15 each leg)
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 side lunges ( each leg)

Repeat three times!

 

Beach Legs:

  • 100 Squats
  • 90 Walking Lunges
  • 80 Mountain Climbers
  • 70 Sumo Squats
  • 60 Calf Raises
  • 50 Glute Bridge Raises
  • 40 Curtsy Lunges
  • 30 Bench Step Ups
  • 20 Squat Jumps
  • 10 Burpees

Repeat 2- 3 times

 

Killer Legs:

  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 30 Squats
  • 30 Squat Pulses
  • 30 Side Kicks
  • 30 Speed Skater Lunges
  • 30 Pulse Squats
  • 30 Squat Jumps
  • 60 Jump Rope

Repeat 2- 3 Times
