Color Me Au-Some 5K incorporates one of the city’s oldest and most recognizable landmarks, the Wheeling Suspension Bridge. The course starts at the picturesque Wheeling Waterfront, goes down Water Street, right onto Main Street, left onto 21st Street, left onto Market Street, left onto 10th Street, across the Suspension Bridge, right onto N. Front Street, left onto S. Penn Street, left onto Stone Street, left onto South Front Street, right across the Suspension Bridge, right onto Main Street, right onto Water Street.
$25 pre-registration until May 26th at 11:59pm, $30 registration until June 9th at 11:59, race day registration $35

Awards will be given to the top 5 female and male walkers and runners and the top three female and male finishers in the following age categories: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and the top finisher in 70+
Founded in 2005, Augusta Levy Learning Center (ALLC) has revolutionized the treatment of children with autism in the state of West Virginia. ALLC is West Virginia’s first and largest research-based program for children with autism and serves the tri-state area of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
COLOR ME AU-SOME 5K Run/Walk is a charity event with a fun and colorful twist to benefit local children with autism who attend Augusta Levy Learning Center, West Virginia’s premier autism treatment program. Participants are covered, coated, swathed, and plastered with color bombs of dry tempera paint powder at stations throughout the course. Following the race, participants can enjoy refreshments, door prizes, music, and an awards ceremony. Food will be provided compliments of area businesses.
