Ronald's Run 5k and High-Heeled Fun Run

The 5k course will be at Cane Creek Park and will have a variety of terrain; such as pavement, off road, and grass. Participants have the option to both walk and run the course. The 5k will begin and finish at Cane Creek Park's Recreational Center. The High Heeled Fun Run will take place after the 5k on pavement. It is a 100 yard dash and participants are required to wear high heeled shoes with a minimum of 2 inch height. Participants are encouraged to be creative with both their shoes and outfits during this race. Bonus points will be given to participants who incorporate Ronald McDonald House Chairities into their High-Heeled Fun Run attire! Feel free to check out Cane Creek's website:

Entry Fees

The entry fee for Ronald's Run 5K with HIgh-Heeled Fun Run is $27. The fee for participants interested solely in the 5K race is $22, and the fee for just the High Heeled Fun Run is $17. Entry fees include a shirt for all participants. IN ORDER TO GET YOUR T-SHIRT ON THE MORNING OF THE RACE YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE WEDNESDAY APRIL 3RD!! ALL REGISTRATIONS AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE IN A SEPERATE T-SHIRT ORDER AND WILL BE MAILED TO THE GIVEN ADDRESS! If you are only interested in purchasing a shirt there is now a fee labeled shirt only which will alow you to do that. The fee is $12!

Age Groups

All Ages Welcome! For the 5k, Participants will be divided into the following age groups, and awards will be given by age group. I. 17 and Under II. 18-49 III. 50+ For the high heeled fun run, participants will not be divided into age groups.


The following awards will be given at the conclusion of the High-Heeled Fun Run 1. 'Most Creative Shoes' 2. 'Best Dressed' 3. 'Male First Place 5K Winner' 4. 'Female First Place 5K Winner' 5. 'First Place High-Heeled Fun Run'

More Information

Participants must arrive one hour before the race for check in to fill out a safety waiver form. All participants must bring valid identification, and participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian with them to co-sign their form.
