Take your special someone on a run for your next (Or First) date. Just be careful what you do, we want you to make a good impression!
DO:
Ask them how they started running.

DO:
Have a treat waiting for them at the end of the run.

DO:
Run at conversation pace. Take it easy and enjoy the person you are with.

DO:
Be thoughtful and bring an extra bottle of water for your date.

DO:
Stash some flowers hidden towards the end of the route.

DO:
Wear pretty shoes!

DO:
Take a selfie to remember this great idea.

DO:
Stay together and don't race!

DO:
GO FOR IT!!!! Share a kiss. Even if it is a first date. Who doesn't want to kiss a runner, they are the best!!!

DON'T:
Brag about your accomplishments.

DON'T:
Bring TP.

Under Dress. Keep it classy.

Wear Earbuds or Headphones.

Hold Hands.

Race, unless you both are ultra-competitive!
