Course:
The SOMC Sprint Triathlon will take place on August 12 in Portsmouth, Ohio with a brief dip in the SOMC LIFE Center pool before heading out on an out and back 10 mile bike course that features a closed lane on the very flat and fast Route 23 (curb lane will be closed for bicycles) and challenging short loop through the beautiful Feurt Hill neighborhood. The run course will feature a rolling course through the streets of historic Portsmouth on a certified 5k course. This sprint event will be short enough for first timers and challenging enough for seasoned athletes to test their mid-season fitness on a flat and fast course. Entry Fees:
Before July 29 (Individual - $45.00, Relay $55.00)
July 30 - Aug 10 (Individual - $55.00, Relay $55.00)

Awards:
The top three Elite Open, Elite Masters & Elite Grand Masters male and female in the race will receive medals. In addition, the top three in all age groups (14 & under, 15-19, 20-24…75+), Clydesdale, Athena, SOMC Employee, Mountain Bike, Aqua Bike and all relay teams divisions will receive awards.

Registration & Packet Pick-up Saturday at the SOMC Life Center from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Sunday (race day) Packet Pick-up only from 5:00 am - 6:45 am at SOMC Life Center. There is NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION, packet pickup ONLY!
