Course:
The Athens Mile is a 1 mile road race that begins at 9:00 am on Vermillion Street near the red light. Runners/walkers will make their way down Vermillion Street towards Concord University. They will turn left onto campus at the entrance of Concord and make their way around the university to the track and football stadium. The participants will turn right into the stadium parking lot and continue onto the track where they will finish. There will also be a Kid's Quarter Mile at 9:30 (or after the last mile racer has crossed the line) on the track.

Regular & Same Day Registration

Kid’s Quarter Mile
- $5
Age Groups:
13 & under, 14 - 17, 18 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 & over
Awards:
Athens Mile Run: Top 3 overall male and female will receive awards. Top 3 male and female in each age group will receive awards. Top 3 Clydesdales will receive awards. You may only receive one award. Kid’s Quarter Mile: Ribbons Will be awarded to all finishers of the Kid’s Quarter Mile as they finish.
