Registration begins 7:00 a.m.

Run begins 8:00 a..m.

What: 10K/5K

Course:

Paved, flat to rolling with one hill on the 5k course and two hills on the 10k course

Entry Fees:

$10 in advance

$12 on the day of the race

Age Divisions:

13 and under male and female

14-19 male and female

20-29 male and female

30-39 male and female

40-49 male and female

50-59 male and female

60 and over male and female

Awards:

Trophies will be given to the top 3 overall winners in the 10K and 5k

Medals will be given to the top 3 in all categories

Team trophy for the most entries

Trophy for the oldest and youngest participants

T-shirts will be given to the first 100 walkers or runners to register

To guarantee t-shirt sizes, please turn in entry form by September 3, 2010 to Louisa Younger Woman's Club, P. O. Box 1, Louisa, Kentucky 41230

More Information:

Hydration stations will be located approximately at the 1.5 mile, 3 mile and 4.5 mile markers
